To whom should I speak about the changes in my body?
As you grow, you may notice several changes in your body and you may feel very anxious or tensed about it. Such anxiety might be due to the little knowledge on why and how your body changes. In such situations, it is best to talk to your parents about it, especially your mom. She will be able to help you in what physical and emotional changes you might go through in the growing years. It is a very natural process and everyone goes through it in different ages, irrespective of your gender. When you gain knowledge about these, you will understand why such things happen. Your level of anxiety reduces considerably and you will begin to enjoy the growth process.
